1. The service
TrueSealing provides a web platform for creating and managing QR codes, viewing scan analytics, issuing serialized security labels and working through a guided trademark registration workflow.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You must not allow others to use your account in a way that breaches these terms.
- You must provide accurate information, especially in trademark filings where accuracy matters.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to create codes, labels or filings that are unlawful, misleading, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate this rule.
4. Dynamic codes
Dynamic QR codes resolve through TrueSealing and are subject to platform availability. You should keep your account active so your printed destinations keep working.
5. Trademark workflow
The trademark registration workflow is a guided filing process with document intake and status tracking. It is not legal advice, and TrueSealing is not a law firm. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. The search, renewal, opposition and international materials are informational guides.
6. Pricing
The free tier is available as described on the pricing page. Business and trademark engagement is quoted individually. Prices may change with notice on this page; free tier terms are stated on the pricing page.
7. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant TrueSealing the limited rights needed to store and process it so the platform can operate.
8. Availability
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and occasional incidents may occur.
9. Liability
The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for terms violations, giving you reasonable notice where practical.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with the updated date above.
