Is TrueSealing really free to start?

Yes. Creating an account is free and no credit card is required. The QR generator, dynamic editing, customization and analytics are all usable immediately.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Visitors who scan your codes use their regular camera or QR scanner app.

Can I use TrueSealing on a mobile phone?

Yes. The dashboard works on phone and tablet browsers, and the codes you generate are scanned by any modern device.

QR codes

Which QR types are available?

URL, text, email, phone, contact (vCard), location, social and business codes — eight types in total, all built in the same generator.

What file formats can I download?

PNG and SVG. Exports are available at 500, 1000 and 2000 px so you can go straight to print.

Can I put my logo in the middle of the code?

Yes. You can place a logo, an initial or text in the center, and choose from six templates, patterns, colors, eye styles and frame styles.

Will a colored QR still scan?

The generator runs a contrast check automatically, so the colors you choose stay within scannable limits.

Dynamic QR codes

What makes a code dynamic?

The code itself is fixed forever — it points to a TrueSealing route — while the destination behind it can be edited any time from your dashboard.

Can I change what a code opens after printing?

Yes, for dynamic codes. The printed code stays identical while what it opens can be updated any time — ideal for campaigns and packaging.

Do dynamic codes expire?

No. A dynamic code keeps working as long as the account is active, and you can change its destination without reprinting.

Analytics & tracking

What does the analytics dashboard show?

Total scans, unique devices, scan trends, daytime patterns, country and city breakdowns, device, OS and browser splits, top-performing codes and CSV export.

How is scan location determined?

Approximate location is estimated from the scanner's IP address. Precise location is collected only when a visitor explicitly allows it.

Who owns the scan data?

Your account does. The privacy policy describes exactly what is stored and how it is protected.

Can I export the numbers?

Yes — analytics export to CSV so you can use them in your own reports, spreadsheets or dashboards.

Security labels & verification

What are serialized security labels?

Label batches where every unit gets its own unique verification code. Customers scan to open a branded verification page for that exact label.

Can customers report counterfeit products?

Yes. Verification pages include a report option, and reports appear in your dashboard with per-label scan statistics and map markers.

What happens on suspicious scans?

Repeated or unusual scanning activity can be flagged per label so you can investigate quickly.

What does the verification page look like?

It is branded with your identity and confirms the product. Visitors see production details and the label story without revealing your supply chain.

Pricing & billing

What does the free plan include?

Essentially everything for individual use: all eight QR types, dynamic editing, customization, analytics, exports and a scan limit suited to personal projects.

How much are the Light and Premium tiers?

Paid plan prices are shown on the pricing page and update when an administrator changes the active plans.

Do I ever have to upgrade?

No. The free tier is yours for as long as it fits. Paid prices only become real when a Business or Trademark quote makes sense for your work.

When do paid prices actually apply?

Paid plans can be activated through checkout when an active payment method is configured.

Is trademark registration available?

We offer a guided registration workflow: choose your service and country, describe the mark, add applicant details, select NICE classes, upload documents and submit, with status tracking afterwards.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. TrueSealing provides a guided filing workflow with document tracking. It is not legal advice and the platform is not a law firm.

Are search, renewal, opposition and international services available?

These are information guides only, not filing services. Use them to understand the process before pursuing registration.

Which countries can I choose for registration?

The workflow lets you select a jurisdiction from the full list of countries, so you can begin wherever your business operates.

Trademark registration

How much does UAE registration cost?

An all-inclusive rate from 7499 AED covers the filing, exams and certificate. Official fees alone total about AED 6,500 without the service fee.

What do official fees cover?

Examination and publication by the office, plus the registration certificate, with regular or expedited examination options depending on how fast you need it.

How long does it take?

Search 1–2 days, filing 1–3 days, then examination and publication follow the office's regular or expedited track. Total timelines vary by country.

What does the guided workflow include?

A step-by-step flow inside the dashboard: service and country choice, mark details, applicant and contact data, NICE classes, document upload, submission and status tracking.

International trademark

Is protection automatic worldwide?

No. Trademark rights are territorial — a registration protects you only where it is granted. Coverage is built country by country or through regional systems.

Which routes cover multiple countries?

Regional registrations, such as the EU trademark, and the Madrid system let you designate several countries from one base application.

Where do the country prices come from?

They are starting estimates for the listed service scope, shown in AED for the GCC and USD elsewhere.

Can TrueSealing file internationally?

The registration workflow covers any jurisdiction from the country list. Multi-country planning through regional systems and Madrid remains an information guide today.
